Progress Analytics and Public Statistics

We use study activity data to calculate analytics that help us provide the Service and understand whether it is helping members build a consistent study habit. These analytics are used in three ways:

• Your personal analytics: We show you information about your own progress, such as completed sections, study days, streaks, and milestones.
• Internal analytics: Authorized administrators may review member-level and community-level analytics to operate the Service, provide support, monitor data quality, and understand how members use Boreinu.
• Public social proof: We may display aggregate statistics on Boreinu's public website, such as total sections completed, study days, members studying, or returns after a break.

Public social-proof statistics do not include names, email addresses, account identifiers, or any member's individual study history. We publish only a formatted aggregate value after it meets our applicable publication, freshness, and data-quality rules. We do not publicly expose the underlying member records, raw counts used to calculate percentages, or member-level filters.

Administrative access to member-level analytics is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not use analytics to publish a profile of your beliefs or your individual study behavior.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain account and study activity data while your account remains active or retained so we can provide your progress history and operate the Service. Former members whose accounts and progress remain in Boreinu may continue to contribute to applicable lifetime aggregate statistics.

When you permanently delete your account, member-level analytics tied to your account are deleted and affected community statistics are recalculated so your deleted activity no longer contributes to those totals. Limited operational records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or system integrity.
