Welcome to Boreinu.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boreinu daily Bible study subscription service and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Boreinu Education LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the Service.

Membership and Payment Terms

Membership Pricing

Membership: $9.99/month

Access to Boreinu Study App (app.boreinu.com)
All daily study content (Torah, Prophets, Gospels, etc.)
In-app audio streaming
Progress tracking and study calendar

Optional Add-ons:

PDF Downloads: +$4.99/month (downloadable study materials for offline reading and printing)
MP3 Audio Downloads: +$4.99/month (downloadable audio files for offline listening)

Add-ons can be added or removed at any time from your membership dashboard.

Trial Period

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
Full access to base membership and any selected add-ons during the trial period
No charges until after the trial period ends

Billing Cycle

First payment occurs after the 7-day free trial ends
Subsequent payments are processed monthly on the same day
Membership and any add-ons are billed together
You can view your next payment date by visiting Membership Management from your dashboard at boreinu.com/dashboard

Instant access to the Boreinu Study App (app.boreinu.com) upon signup
In-app audio streaming included with base membership
Downloadable PDF and MP3 files available if add-ons are purchased
Account management available through your dashboard at boreinu.com/dashboard

Boreinu Study App Access and Use

Your Membership grants you access to the Boreinu Study App (app.boreinu.com), a web-based application for daily Bible study.

Access Rights

Account credentials are for individual use only
You may not share your login information with others
Access to content requires an active subscription
Your study progress and activity are stored according to our Privacy Policy

Device and Browser Requirements

The Boreinu Study App works on any device with a modern web browser
Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (recent versions)
Internet connection required for Boreinu Study App access
Offline access available only with PDF and MP3 add-ons

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon cancellation or termination, access to the Boreinu Study App is revoked
Downloaded materials (PDFs/MP3s) obtained during active subscription remain yours

Progress Tracking and Analytics

When you use the Boreinu Study App, the Service records study activity and derives progress analytics to provide features such as completion history, study days, streaks, milestones, and returns after a break.

We may use this information for authorized internal reporting, member support, data-quality monitoring, Service operation, and improvement. Access to member-level analytics is limited to you and authorized Boreinu personnel as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may also combine qualifying activity into aggregate community statistics and display selected statistics publicly as social proof. Public statistics do not include your name, email address, account identifier, or individual study history. Publication is subject to Boreinu's applicable eligibility, freshness, and data-quality rules.

Refund Policy

Due to immediate digital access to the Boreinu Study App and study materials:

No refunds are provided after your subscription begins
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation
You can avoid charges by canceling before your first payment date (during the 7-day trial)
Add-ons can be removed at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle

Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership

All content is owned by Boreinu Education LLC
Content includes study materials, summaries, translations, and adaptations
Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible (Public Domain)

License

Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
Sharing or redistributing materials is prohibited
Each subscription is for individual use only

User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One subscription per individual unless otherwise authorized

Prohibited Activities

Sharing access credentials
Reproducing or distributing materials
Using materials for commercial purposes
Attempting to circumvent technical protection measures

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
